The high performance FSK chips & modules (RF transmitter, RF receiver and RF transceiver) has all the RF functions circuits integrated inside one chip. It is a flexible, low cost and highly integrated solution that does not require production alignments. All required RF functions are integrated. It works with FSK modulated signal ranges from 300MHZ to 1GHz bands. The system can easily achieve longer distance up to 2km

While including all the attractive features of the FSK RF transmitters, receivers and transceivers, such as high integration, low cost, flexibility, low BOM and easy design-in, these target more sophisticated ISM band applications and offer several enhanced parameters and features including continuous frequency coverage from 240 - 960 MHz and output power up to +20 dBm. Also included are built-in features such as wake-up timer, low battery detector, transmit and receive data FIFOs, power-on reset circuit and general-purpose digital I/Os.
